What we do

A dance program that lifts the whole school

Our purpose is to bring high-quality, engaging co-curricular dance programs to primary schools across NSW. We inspire children to discover the joy of dance, build confidence and creativity, and develop real skills in a fun and supportive environment.

We give students exciting opportunities to perform, to celebrate their achievements and to share their passion for dance with their school community — from the school assembly and the annual concert through to festival stages and, for some of our groups, overseas performance tours.

We build a program that belongs to your school: we choreograph original routines, source and manage costuming, prepare students for performance, and communicate with families throughout. Executive staff get a program that runs itself and a set of showcase moments that reflect well on the school.

With a background in primary teaching alongside professional performance careers, we understand school culture, classroom management, child protection expectations and how a co-curricular program has to fit around the real business of a school week.

Charli Watts

Program Director

  • Bachelor of Arts
  • 10+ years teaching
  • Specialised dance high school

Charli Watts has been a passionate dance teacher for over 10 years and holds a Bachelor of Arts. Having studied dance at a specialised high school and danced throughout her childhood across a variety of genres, dance has always been a huge part of her life.

Throughout her teaching career, Charli has had the opportunity to achieve many incredible milestones, including taking students to the highest levels of regional and state dance, performing at Schools Spectacular and travelling overseas with dance groups.

What Charli loves most about teaching is seeing the happiness on her students' faces and watching them grow in confidence, creativity and self-belief. She loves creating an environment where children can express themselves, build friendships and thrive outside of the formal classroom.

For Charli, dance is about so much more than learning steps — it's about creating experiences, building confidence and giving children something they can be proud of.
